New to me from seeds from the Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library, this species is reported to be very similar to Late Figwort in habit ecosystem role, growing tall in sun or shade and providing copious quantities of nectar for pollinators in mid summer.
They are quite hardy and drought resistant once established and consistently buzz with pollinators visiting their small blooms.
