Described as being very similar to Common Evening Primrose, this species is new to the spaces I tend, coming to me as seeds from the Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library last fall.
Like their cousin species, these are true biennials, forming a ground hugging rosette of leaves in their first year, followed by an upright blooming stem in year two.
